1) Excavate 7 ½” from final grade 2) Install 4″ of class 2 base then compact it. 3) Screed 1″ of sand 4) Lay the paving stones and cut in the borders 5) Set the borders in concrete where needed 6) Compact the area, sweep joint sand in and compact again. 7) Clean up while fine tuning the installation.
