How are LDR mediators and arbitrators selected?
The selection process is the same for both mediators and arbitrators. After all Parties have returned a signed Agreement for Mediation or Agreement for Arbitration, the Program Administrator will fax to the parties a list of five (5) candidate mediators or arbitrators. The parties will then review the list and agree on a preferred mediator or arbitrator.
