How are my Jetstar Dollars redeemed as Jetstar Flight Vouchers?
Once you have collected 100 Jetstar Dollars you will be qualified for a $100 Jetstar Flight Voucher. As a Jetstar Platinum MasterCard cardholder you will get a $200 Jetstar Flight Voucher once you have collected 200 Jetstar Dollars. They will automatically be e-mailed to you using the last valid e-mail on your account. It is important to keep your e-mail address updated at all times. You can also request earlier reductions of your Jetstar Dollars by calling 1300 150 100. Your Jetstar Dollar balance must be at least twenty-five dollars in order for one to be sent because the minimum amount for a Voucher can only be twenty-five dollars. It may take up to five days for processing, and these Vouchers cannot be deferred for use at a later date.
