How are non-AAMA Sponsored CEUS documented?
Formal documentation demonstrating that credit was earned must be submitted for each activity, and must include the following: 1. Applicants name 2. Date the credit was earned 3. Non-AAMA sponsor name 4. Subject matter of educational activity. Course titles are not sufficient documentation. Applications must attach the syllabus, content outline or course description for each activity For complete information and a Recertification Application, see the AAMA Website. How are CEU offerings sponsored through the AAMA? Only authorized AAMA program planners may apply for CEU approval for educational offerings. Authorized AAMA Program Planners are issued Provider Numbers which must be included on the AAMA Program Approval Form. The AAMA Program Approval Form requests such information as the sponsoring chapter or state, the provider number, the program information, such as program title, length and dates.
