How are parents involved with their young adults home college education?
Parents choose their amount and type of involvement based on their interests, capabilities and available time. Parents may want to: (1) Serve as the final authority in the formation of their student’s review board and its approving of the student’s personalized curriculum. (2) Monitor student curriculum quality and progress using an accreditation checklist. (3) Update the student’s transcript based on a review of work accomplished and any corresponding teacher, pastor, academic advisor, and discipline professional feedbacks.
