How are Reviewers chosen?
Your Head of Schools/Section decides on the allocation of Reviewers to staff. Your Reviewer would normally be your Line Manager. Where a Line Manager manages a large number of staff it may not be practical for them to act as Reviewer to them all. In such a case an alternative Reviewer may need to be allocated to some of those staff.
