How are Romp Checkpoint Challenge points calculated?
Our crack team of question setters have created Checkpoint Challenges that vary in difficulty and carry different point ratings. To make it fair for all, questions are randomly given to teams at each Checkpoint. We’ve assessed each Checkpoint Challenge on three levels: 1. Difficulty of the Checkpoint Challenge – 1 being the easiest, 5 the hardest. 2. Estimated time it will take your team to find the location and solve the Checkpoint Challenge. 3. Distance from the Start Location ie; the further you travel from the start, the more you will be rewarded. This way, you’ll be rewarded for answering more difficult Checkpoint Challenges as well as being rewarded for the time it takes you to get there.
