How are SpinningInward Hoops different from regular “Hula” hoops?
Our hoops are larger, heavier and are made from a polyethylene tubing, unlike the children’s version found at discount and toy stores. The larger, heavier size of our hoops slows down the spin, allowing time for your body to react and maintain the hoop for long periods of time providing a great cardiovascular workout, while promoting muscle development.
