• University Dining has at least two days of food supply to feed campus bound students. The food supply is based on normal food service. • Campus may run into problems with food suppliers replenishing the stock due to the nature of the disaster (e.g. severe snow/ice storm). • University Dining has arrangements with a vendor to provide emergency food and has procedures in place to contact them in the quake of an emergency..  more
