The rectangular projections were generated using the Xerox map server and were colored by hand using xpaint. The orthographic projections of the poles were generated using the Online Map Creation site and re-colored. Coordinates for paths and ranges are generated using the PROJ.4 cartography tools and projected onto the maps using a custom rendering program.
