For invitees who have not updated the time zone in their profile, event pages display the time zone entered by the event organizer. When an invitee has updated their time zone in their profile, and their time zone is different from the event’s time zone, the event page automatically adjusts the starting and ending time to match the invitee’s local time zone. There are two ways that an invitee’s profile can have itstime zone updated: • When a contact/invitee creates their SureToMeet personal profile, they can manually select their time zone, or their Zip Code will be used to automatically select their time zone. • If your contact/invitee has not created their SureToMeet personal profile, the changes you make on the Contact Information form (such as for their time zone) will update the personal profile for that contact. Keep in mind that once a contact has registered and created their personal profile, changes that you make using your Contact Information form will not automatically updat
