How are voices recorded into my phone system for greetings and automated attendant use?

Voice files can be delivered in a variety of formats, such as mp3, u-law and .wav. These files are sent via e-mail. Some phone systems require us to call in to load the voices live into phone. This will require special instructions you provide to help us load the voices properly.
