There are several rules that regulate the size of all of your detached buildings and accessory uses. Some rules requires certain setbacks from your property line, other regulate height in relation to your primary structure, others regulate the amount of open space on a lot, and still others regulate the square footage of all accessory uses in relation to the square footage of your primary structure. Additionally, IHPC districts may impose further regulations.
