If she is from a reputable breeder you should be able to judge how big she will be by the size of her parents

Your chihuahua should weigh around 4 pounds full grown. I own 2 Chihuahuas and they are both around 2 pounds, but the parents were very tiny. My Chihuahuas were also very tiny at one month old. But all Chihuahuas should not exeed 6 pounds and they should not be under 2 pounds to be healthy. Your chihuahua should weigh in between what its’ parents weighed.
