How bout working for westjet while flight training???
Hello to all Westjetters, I was wondering if anybody might know how I could get a job with Westjet while flight training. My current situation is: 100TT with PPL and Night Rating with intentions of finishing my commercial as well as twin and twin-ifr by the end of 2009 or early 2010. I have a BComm from concordia university (finance). I am currently living in Montreal and flight training at cargair in Mascouche. I am willing to work any job from customer service to ramp in order to experience flight ops first hand and get a chance to network. I am willing to do shift work as I can schedule training around work now that I am night rated and have my PPL. I know Westjet posts most openings on Workopolis but I haven’t had any success finding anything at YUL. Any input or advice would be greatly appretiated as I would love to get the chance to network early and work in an aviation environment. I am willing to send a CV to anyone who can help as well.
