How can a person prevent others from including them in scheduled events if they do not wish to utilize the IRIS calendar?

Everybody who has an account in IRIS will have a calendar. Calendar users are not able to “turn off” their calendar or block others from being able to invite them to a meeting. They can, however, limit viewing access to other users. To learn how to use this feature, ITS recommends visiting the ITS training website, using the how to documents located on the IRIS website, or contacting the Solution Center at 928-523-1511.
