How can a Timekeeper adjust time that a student has entered?
If time has not been approved by Payroll: 1) The Student changes his or her hours and gets the new Pay Voucher signed. 2) The Timekeeper approves the time for that student online. If time has already been approved by Payroll, the Student prints the CSUMB Student Time Adjustment Form, the Student and Supervisor sign it, and the Timekeeper sends it to Payroll.
