How can DoD civilians get added to the AAFES database to access the AAFES Catalog online?
A. We will accept DoD civilians information and place it in our AAFES Corporate Customer Database (CCD) for access to Internet Shopping, after the customer FAX s the following information to HQTS AAFES: • Copy of their PCS orders assigning them to current position/assignment. • Birth Date (since it s not on their PCS orders). • Copy, front & back, of their ID Cards. • Each family member s SSN & Birth Date if they want to be eligible also. This information should be faxed to 214-583-5001. NOTE: Civilian customers will be eligible for 1 year and must then re-validate information annually.
