How can global warming cause an ice age?

0

Global warming will cause earth’s tectonic plates to warm up! Each plate has an aggregate coefficient of thermal expansion (B. Gneiss, O. Schist, & M. Graywacke, et al. 1985. USGS, Montana) based upon the dominant bedrock type. Since the surface area of the earth is essentially fixed, massive pressures will build up along plate boundaries. Excessive subduction around the globe will cause the formation of new mountains and volcanoes! The volcanoes will erupt (like the one in Iceland) and blanket the world in massive clouds of volcanic ash. The global mean temperature will plummet, crops will fail, people will freeze to death, folks will experience forced migrations, and the sea level will drop 400 feet. All ports will be rendered useless and all planes will be grounded due to the ash.
