How can I (an employee) benefit from performance reviews and performance management?
Obviously the degree to which you, the employee, benefit from your performance reviews and/or the performance management process depends on how well the whole process is handled. Let’s focus on the benefits you can receive when you work for a good manager, who understands and undertakes performance reviews effectively, and also, let’s assume that you want to benefit and participate in good faith.
