Get in touch with one of the program advisors to discuss the application process. They will help you through the application process and answer any questions you have. Applications can also be found online at www.hecua.org, but applications from U of M students must ultimately be submitted through David Holliday (612-626-2044 or holli107@umn.edu) in the Off-Campus Study Programs office.
