Bon Appétit has worked diligently with the Department of Health throughout this certification process to identify and remedy issues and has instituted additional measures to ensure ongoing quality control. In addition to working closely with the health department, proactive steps have been taken to ensure continued compliance – a checklist which is done routinely by Bon Appétit staff; engaging the services of Eco-Sure, a Food Safety and Risk Minimization Services Consultant to the Food Service industry to conduct random inspections that mirror Health Department standards and required industry protocols. You should be confident that they will be able to maintain compliance and meet Penn’s expectation of offering the highest quality dining services to our community.
