How can I boil milk in Electric Rice Steam Cooker?

Yes that should work just fine. Put the rice cooker in the “on” position by pushing the button. A red ligh will come on. Eventually it turns orange in about 20 minutes and it goes to “warm” once the rice is cooked. But it should only take a few minutes to heat milk. The only thing to be careful of is that when the milk boils, it will boil very much and splash all over if you keep the lid off. This always happens when I cook rice but I keep the lid on. So just make sure that you watch it carefully and turn it off as soon as the milk starts to boil and you will be fine.
