How can I book a room for a club meeting or conference/special event?
• Club meeting: To book a room for your club to hold meetings, send an email to Info Law. • Conference or Event: To book a room for your event, complete the Event booking request (rev Nov 2010) [.doc] and send it to Info Law or drop off at the SAO. The SAO will try to respond you your request within two (2) working days. Rooms must be returned to their original condition: chairs and tables must be put back in their original positions, as the room was designed. If a room is found in disarray after a booking, the person(s) who booked it will be liable for a minimum $245 cleaning service charge, and their room booking privileges may be revoked.
