How can I catch a neighbor stealing cable?
Does it really hurt you at all if they “steal” cable?? I mean, there used to be a day where cable was free to everyone in a community- that is before the big companies got a hold of it and started charging your money. Then again, the cable company gets the cable piped into them for free (you think comcast pays royalties on every show watched by every person!? think again- they are making money off something that costs them little more than an install and “service”). If I were you, I’d either A) be glad my neighbor is “sticking it to the man” or B) ask them to split the cost with you and you’d both win out.
