The ASPECT playback editing function copies JPEG images shot in the 4:3 aspect ratio and saves them as new files with a different aspect ratio. ASPECT cannot be used to edit a JPEG saved with any aspect ratio except 4:3. To change the aspect ratio of a JPEG image, do the following: • Press the button to enter Playback mode, and then select a JPEG image to edit. • Press the [MENU] button, and then use the keypad to select the (Playback) icon. • Using the keypad, toggle to the right to enter the submenu. • Select EDIT, and then press the Right arrow key or the [OK] button to continue. • Select RAW/JPEG, and then press the [OK] button. • The preselected image is displayed. Press OK again to confirm the selection. • On the JPEG EDIT menu, use the arrow pad to select ASPECT and then press[OK]. • Using the arrow pad, select the desired aspect ratio. Then press [OK].
