How can I change the aspect ratio of a saved RAW image?

0

A saved RAW image has an aspect ratio of 4:3, but it is possible to copy the image into a JPEG format with a different aspect ratio. To do so, do the following: • Set IMAGE ASPECT to the desired aspect ratio. • Press the button to enter Playback mode, and then select a RAW image to edit. • Press the [MENU] button, and then use the keypad to select the (Playback) icon. • Using the keypad, toggle to the right to enter the submenu. • Select EDIT, and then press the Right arrow key or the [OK] button to continue. • Select RAW/JPEG, and the press [OK] again. A cropped copy of the RAW file will be saved to the memory card as a JPEG with the selected aspect ratio.
