Visit www.myworkliferewards.com and click on the Log In’ button. Enter your Member Number and PIN and click on the Log In button again. Then select the ‘Reward Status’ link and you will be able to check your Reward Status Statement. To check your Worklife Rewards status, you can also email Member Services at memberservices@myworkliferewards.com; or call Member Services at 1.866.322.3225, Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm, EST.
