I have a rat that will fight tooth and nail (literally) at the mere mention of a bath, so I use a toothbrush to “comb” baby shampoo (because it is sensitive on the skin) with water through his fur and this helps to get the dirt off his fur, you just have to make sure you comb it all back out with just water. as for the face i would try a warm face cloth with just water, having soap could irritate his eyes and ears. my rattie loves it but try and do it after your piggie has had a good run around so he is happy to just sit and be pampered.

I agree with amykoffee. You might need to get your pig to a vet. Pigs are naturally pretty clean animals, and shouldn’t need bathing very often at all. I bathe mine 2-3x yearly. Bathing a pig can be bad for their skin if done too often, as it strips their skin of natural oils that it needs. UTIs and kidney stones are very common in pigs, and if he/she is actually dirty and wet with poo and urine after only a week, there is probably something wrong.
