How can I collect a point feature (like a sign) in the midst of collecting a line (like a road) or an area (like a tract)?
Use the nested point feature. While storing a line or area, press [F2](PNT) in the Featuring Screen. Then, name the nested point, attach attributes and values, and press [F4](STORE). After you store the nested point a message comes up asking whether you want to continue storing the line or area or store another nested point.
