To configure Outlook to use the UT LDAP Directory, go to Tools and choose Account Settings. Click on the Address Books tab. Click on New and choose Internet Directory Service (LDAP). Choose Next. Enter the server name, ldap.utk.edu, and then choose More Settings. Change the Display name to a user-friendly name, such as UT Directory. Click on the Search Tab and enter dc=tennessee,dc=edu, as the Custom Search Base Click on OK, Next, and then Finish. Restart Outlook for changes to take effect.
