How can I contact Merrill Lynch to report an identity theft incident or attempted fraud?
If you suspect that you have been a victim of identity theft or fraud, or you would like to report an incident, please call the Merrill Lynch Call Center — 24 hours a day/7 days a week at 1-800-MERRILL (637-7455), or contact your Financial Advisor. When you enter into our phone system, you can say “Lost” or “Stolen” when prompted, and you’ll be automatically connected to a Call Center Agent. The agent will send out a security alert to all Call Center Agents, update the notes on your account, and contact your branch office or Financial Advisor as needed.
