How can I cure plantar fasciitis?
You are smarter than I was…it took me a long time to figure out what was wrong and go to the foot doctor. Here is the cure he gave me. 1. Get HARD arch supports in all your shoes. The gel ones won’t do it. 2. Never walk barefoot. And I mean never…when you get up in the night to go to the bathroom, put on your shoes. 3. No heels…guys too, if your shoes have stacked heels put them away. 4. Put a small pillow, those decorative rolls work well, at the foot of your bed to hold the blankets off your feet. 5. Check on the Internet for ankle and leg exercises, there are a lot, and find some you are willing to do every day. That is it. But it takes time to get the tendon involved back to normal. Have patience. It worked for me and mine were as bad as they could get and not need full bed rest to heal.
Please, consult a doctor, forums are honestly not the best way to find appropriate info. You can check this article https://bodytechreview.com/best-toe-separators-find-the-top-toe-separator/ – it’s a review on toe separators which help to rectify the natural alignment of your feet. Good luck!
