How can I define an Authentication rule for individual users rather than for groups?

The short answer is that it’s not possible, but you can achieve the effect by defining a group for every user. Then you might have a user Alice and a group GrpAlice (with only Alice as a member), a user Bob and a group GrpBob (with only Bob as a member), and so on for each of your users. The long answer is that it’s not clear what the benefit of this would be, since you can define restrictions at the user level that are enforced for each user in a group.
