How can I determine which diopter correction lens to get for my camera?
To determine the appropriate eyepiece correction lens, we need to know the “spherical” diopter correction your shooting eye requires for a viewing distance of one meter. This must be measured by an eye care specialist. We require this number and the model of your camera in order to give you the Nikon product number for the proper eyepiece lens. Please note that eyepiece correction lenses can compensate for near- or farsightedness only. They cannot correct for astigmatism, so photographers who need this type of correction must use their regular eyeglasses.
