How can I double-click on a PCS file to open it up with PC Survey?
• Go to Start > Programs > Windows Explorer. • In Windows Explorer, select Tools > Folder Options. If there is no Folder Options in the Tools menu, check in the View menu. • Go to the File Types tab. • Click on New Type. • Set Description of Type to something like PC Survey file. • Click on New. • Set Action to open. • Set Application used to perform action to c:\pcs\pcs.exe “%1” -i c:\pcs (assuming that pcs installed in the default folder). • Click on OK, OK, and OK to finish the 3 nested dialogs. At this point, you should be able to double click on a pcs file and automatically start PC Survey.
