How can I download music from old phonograph records to my computer?

I saw a turn-table device at COSTCO last week that connects to a usb port and RIPs the vinyl tunes. Don't know the name or manufacturer, but it looked like a quality unit and I thought about buying one someday. Maybe a search of the COSTCO web site would help you find one.
