How Can I Easily Organize Multiple Financial Accounts? Answer: If you have more than one financial account, it can be tricky to keep them organized. I used to keep track of my finances in 2 different checkbook registers for each account, and check my credit card balances online. I realized that I was wasting a lot of time using several methods to obtain one final result. Therefore, I came up with an easy way to keep track of my multiple financial accounts, and it’s proven to be very successful. I created a spreadsheet on my computer, which easily can be drawn by hand too. This spreadsheet allows me to list all the withdrawals and deposits from each account and include an account balance.
