If youve populated the STH (Staff Highly Qualified Areas) table and the CRS.CA1 and CRS.CA2 (NCLB Core Areas) fields, there is a macro called Populate MST HQT from STH which will populate the MST.HQT fields in your Master Schedule. The process will only overlay a blank or an N value. It will not overlay E or H codes. There is also a button on the Staff form on the Highly Qualified tab for updating just a single teacher at a time.
