The Communicator Mobile Home Screen plug-in is not supported with customized home screens on Windows Mobile SmartPhones such as the “Sliding Panel” Home Screen layout on Windows Mobile 6.1. If you are running a default Home Screen on your SmartPhone, you need to enable the Home Screen plug-in.
