How can I expedite biometric collection for my UK visa?
you can’t enter the UK without your visa already processed and approved, or if you do, you need to make sure you are only travelling as a tourist. I can only advise that you call the Chicago embassy directly or get an appointment to go into them to see an advisor (you don’t need an appointment with every office) and ask them what to do. But I suspect they will tell you that you can’t go before it’s processed even if they move the date up somehow and 3 weeks for everything to be processed wold be a miracle.
