If a student’s stay and participation in an event receives media attention or is in some other way presented to wider audience (publications, lectures at universities, exhibitions etc.), transportation and many other companies may be interested to finance the trip for advertising purposes. As regards visas, some embassies are willing to issue free visas to students and persons who participate in international cultural events. You should contact relevant embassies in regard to required documents.
