How can I find out if I have MO HealthNet Managed Care coverage?
You should have received a white plastic insurance card containing the MO HealthNet logo. You should also have received another white card from Children’s Mercy Family Health Partners containing the MO HealthNet logo and the Children’s Mercy Family Health Partners (CMFHP) logo. The CMFHP card shows that you are assigned to Children’s Mercy Family Health Partners. To see if your enrollment is active, call Children’s Mercy Family Health Partners Customer Service at 1-800-347-9363. You can also contact your local Family Support Division office (link to county contact info) or call the MO HealthNet Participant Services Unit at 1-800-392-2161 or 1-573-751-6527. If you have a touchtone phone, you can see if you are eligible for MO HealthNet Managed Care by dialing 1-800-392-2161, choosing option 1, and entering your eight-digit MO HealthNet number.
