How can I find out if Ive completed the health risk assessment?
A. Log in and click on iStrive. At the iStrive Web site, click on Programs (the star icon). You will see all of your programs, including the Health Risk Assessment, and when you last completed it. HAP members may also view this information in Member Health Reminders on the HAP Web site. However, there is up to a month lapse between when you take the HRA and when it shows up as completed in Member Health Reminders.
