the ownership records are public information. You can get that information from The County Recorder’s office in the County where the house is located. Edit: Thank you for the information that the house is in Canada. I am not familiar with the manner in which property ownership records are kept in Canada. However you should be able to get the property ownership information on that property from a local Title company.
