In order to stay fit and healthy, we need to exercise everyday. That could be in any form. But, we need to make sure the amount of time we give in for exercise, should be completely utilized. There are various exercises that one can take up without going to the gym. Exercises like walking, jogging, aerobics and those using Resistance bands can be easily done in and around your house.
