There are literally loads of stomach exercises you can do at home so don’t worry you won’t have to join a gym, although I would recommend adding a cardio exercise routine as well, like swimming or running. Both of these are good for your abs but mainly will allow you to train your body as a whole. You can create more problems by only training one body part. I write a fitness blog and one of my favourite subjects is abdominal training. I have included all the best exercises for your abs and the only equipment you will need is a floor and yourself. Visit http://beebleblog.com/category/abs/ where there are videos to make sure you get the technique perfect. As for quantity you should start with 20 at a time with a 30 second rest followed by another 20 and so on until you can’t do a full 20. This way you are taking the muscle to fatigue and therefore will see change. I hope this helps and good luck!
