Simpson Genesis 525 Heavy Duty washing machine completes full cycle but has a full tub of water on completion. Dial setting are as follows: Water Level is set to ‘High’, Temperature is set to ‘Cold-Cold’ & Options is set to ‘Off’. The machine also has a tendency to off balance numerious times during the spin cycles this with only 2 sets of overalls on board. Thanks.
