How can I fix my washing machine, zanussi, aquacycle 1000?

My zanussi aquacycle 1000 doesn’t work properly at the cycle of hand rinse. If I set the white or colour wash, it goes well until it reaches ‘F’ cycle which is hand rinse and it takes a very long time, over 8 hours, to finish this. I tried to turn the dial until it clicked then the water drained and that’s it. It shortened the time but my wash wasn’t rinsed at all. How can I fix this problem? And does anybody know how to get the user guide for this machine? I tried the zanussi electronics website but couldn’t even find the model I’ve got. Now if I’m using the machine I should wait nearly 10 hours to finish its job. Help me!!!
