Offer a sale for oil change and then check other systems. Do not push any repairs. Offer fair repair price. Put a sign out for the oil price sale. Be very friendly and helpful for each client; smile; and make sure your employees treat the customer with dignity. Make sure you are honest and people know they can rely on this. This means they won’t be reluctant to bring their vehicle to your shop. One thing that really discourages people from going to a shop fear of being overcharged, so try to offer a reasonable price for each repair. I won’t return to a shop I feel is overcharging. The slight reduction in price will bring people back, along with referrals. Be ready to explain with is wrong with the car so the customer understands it, and do this in a reasonable amount of time. Treat each and every customer with respect and expect each employee to do the same. If a customer is treated badly, they probably won’t return and certainly won’t refer any friends. Do a little extra, once in awhi
