How can i get a new Verizon Wireless phone?
The insurance company is suppose to give you the same phone as you currently have, for a $50 deductible. However, I would suggest taking the phone into the store and seeing a tech, and informing him about the issue, and they might give you a new Voyager for free. I doubt this will happen again, I have had my Voyager since they day it came out, and have loved it ever since. If you desperately want a new phone: Call 611 from your mobile handset and ask to speak with the Customer Loyalty Department, once you are connected tell them your issue, tell them that you want a different phone because you are afraid of this happening again. Then tell them that you can buy a new phone for $300 (retail price, because your under contract), Say “I can leave you guys for $175, and then get a nice free phone from AT&T, But, I really like you guys and I want to see if you guys could possibly give me a phone now, if I sign for another year or two.” The representative will then discuss this with you. *Reme
